Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please reply within 24 hours of your appointment. If you need to reschedule please do so for another day. All deposits are final and non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment within 7 days. After that your deposit will be forfeited. Any late cancellations will result in a late fee of $25 that will be charged to your card that is on file. All sales are final on hair services, weaves, wigs and other products.
